I heard the Bulk API is so powerful, it can load Opportunities faster than a speeding bullet! Just don't try to bulk load Kryptonite, that might cause some issues.

Nah, Andrew, that's not gonna work. The Auto-number field is just a sequential number, it doesn't have any meaningful ordering. Gotta go with D to group by AccountId.

I agree, D is the way to go. Grouping by AccountId makes a lot of sense to optimize the Bulk API load process.
