Hold up, is Product A secretly a ninja or something? Hiding from the opportunity, that's just rude!

User 2: Yeah, that could be one reason. What's the other possible cause?

User 1: Maybe Product A is set to 'Hidden'?

Hmm, let me think... If the product is hidden or optional, it shouldn't disappear from the opportunity. My money's on B and D, the hidden component theory.

Yeah, that makes sense. Those settings would definitely cause it to disappear.

I agree, it's probably because Product A is set as a component and excluded from the opportunity.

I'm going with B and D. If the product is set as a component or excluded from the opportunity, it wouldn't show up as a separate line item. Simple as that!

Yes, let's investigate those settings to see if that's causing the issue.

So, we should check if Product A is set as a component or excluded from the opportunity.

That makes sense. Those could definitely be the reasons why the item is missing.

I think you're right. If it's set as a component or excluded, it won't show up separately.

B) Product A has \'Component\' set to TRUE. That would explain why it's visible in the quote but not in the opportunity.

I'm not sure about the 'Hidden' option, but I think C) Product A has 'Optional' set to TRUE could also be a possible cause. It might be affecting the Opportunity Line Item.

I agree with Jacqueline. If Product A is hidden or excluded from the opportunity, then it makes sense that the Opportunity Line Item is missing.

I think the possible causes could be A) Product A has 'Hidden' set to TRUE and D) Product A has 'Exclude From Opportunity' set to TRUE.

D) Product A has \'Exclude From Opportunity\' set to TRUE. This makes sense because if the product is excluded from the opportunity, it wouldn't show up as an Opportunity Line Item.
