Definitely not D! Including the lids in the container descriptions would just clutter things up. I'd go with C to keep it simple.

I'm torn between B and C. Marking them as Accessory or just hiding them could both work, but I'm leaning towards C for a cleaner approach.

Option C seems like the way to go. Hiding the lid products from the selection makes the most sense to me.
