Hold up, what about testing? Wouldn't communicating changes and updating profiles need to happen after the 'Test' phase to ensure everything is working correctly?

I'm not so sure about that. Updating profiles and communicating changes could also happen during the 'Plan' phase as part of the project planning and preparation.
