Salesforce Billing and Salesforce Order Management seem like the obvious choices to streamline the subscription and invoicing process. Anything to avoid manually chasing down paper checks!

I'm not sure about Salesforce CPQ. Maybe B2B Commerce could also be a good option to consider for handling subscriptions.
