Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D

Deactivating products in Salesforce aligns with the ERP's status, maintaining data integrity without losing historical data. Marking related Opportunity and Quote data as inactive preserves historical records for reference without affecting active reporting, ensuring compliance with data retention policies and supporting accurate data analysis and decision-making.

Hold up, what about Sales Cloud Einstein? That could give them the advanced analytics they're looking for, and it's specifically designed for Salesforce users. Just a thought.

I don't know, Reporting snapshots could also be a good option. It's simple and straightforward, and might be enough for their needs. But CRM Analytics does sound more powerful.

CRM Analytics sounds like the way to go. Salesforce users and non-users can both access the reports and get the complex analytics they need. This is a no-brainer!
