Weekly forecasts, huh? That's going to be a lot of data to crunch. Option C looks like the way to go - Y-M-D should give us the granularity we need.

Weekly forecasts per customer? Sounds like a lot of work, but it could be useful. I'd go with option B to keep things simple and focus on the Account Name.
