The HTTPS API is the obvious choice here. Unless, of course, you're feeling particularly adventurous and want to try a good old-fashioned carrier pigeon to deliver the data.

I'm not a fan of iFrames. They can be tricky to work with and introduce potential security risks. The API approach is definitely the way to go.
