A RADIUS server is connected and working. However, a switch technician has forgotten the RADIUS username/password for the ICX. When RADIUS is not functioning, they expect to be able to plug into the console port and use the local username/password as a backup.

The ICX does not accept the local password.

Why can't the technician log in?

Ha! This is a classic trick question. The answer has to be B. The local username/password is only for SSH and web access, not for console login. Silly technician forgot that little detail.

Well, this is tricky. I'm going to go with D. The AAA login command needs to have 'local' in front of 'radius' for the local password to work as a backup.
