B is the answer, hands down. Reducing security risks is like the holy grail of IT. Unless, of course, you're a hacker. Then it's like the Holy Grail of Treasure Hunting.
D is my pick. Anything that reduces bottlenecks in threat analysis has got to be a good thing. Who needs more red tape in this already complicated field?
C seems like a good choice. Giving the SCA confidence in breach response is key. You don't want them freaking out when the hackers come knocking, do you?
B is the way to go! Reducing security risks is the whole point of this thing, right? I mean, who doesn't want to feel safe and secure in this digital world?
