Hmm, good point. And what about the supervisor? Does they need a separate Document CAL for the one document they access, or can they share with the business analysts?

But wait, don't we also need to consider the number of documents being accessed? I'm thinking the 2 business analysts accessing 5 documents each might need some additional Document CALs.

Well, the developers will definitely need Named User CALs since they're leasing the licenses. The business analysts and supervisor will probably need Document CALs to access the documents.
