I'm not sure about gcloud and JavaScript, but I know that REST SDK, .NET SDK, and Python SDK are commonly used in Qlik Enterprise Manager.

I'm pretty sure it's C. The Qlik Enterprise Manager supports the REST SDK, .NET SDK, and Python SDK. That's the most complete set of options.
