Hmm, B and E seem like the correct answers here. I'm pretty sure DIRTY READ is not an actual isolation level, and PHANTOM READ is just a phenomenon that can occur in certain isolation levels.

I'm not sure about the other options, but I know that READ COMMITTED and SERIALIZABLE are commonly used in PostgreSQL for managing transactions.
