You know, I was also leaning towards B) Infrastructure. But I'm curious, what about D) Corporate knowledge base? Wouldn't the project manager also need to refer to the organization's existing knowledge and best practices?

You're right, D) Corporate knowledge base is also a valid option. I guess it really depends on what kind of templates the project manager is looking for. If they need something more technical or operational, then infrastructure might be the better choice. But if they're looking for more general project management templates, the corporate knowledge base could be the way to go.
