Prototyping? Nah, that's more for testing and refining ideas, not just collecting them. I'm going with the good old brainstorming technique for this one.

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. Interviewing seems like it could be a good option to get in-depth insights, but I guess it doesn't quite capture the maximum number of ideas.
