I would also add E) dateTimeUtils to the _GC_CRM project item for handling date and time operations.

I'm pretty sure the Pega Robotic Coding Standards suggest including stringUtils, dateTimeUtils, and messageDialog in the _GC_CRM project item. ForLoop and Switch seem more like general programming concepts, not specific to Pega.
