Continual Improvement, for sure. It's like the BCMS version of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' - always gotta be tweaking and adjusting to stay on top of things.
Hmm, I'm torn between Continual Improvement and Policy Formulation. Maybe I should just flip a coin, that's how I make all my important decisions these days.
Policy Formulation is the way to go. Strong, well-defined policies are the foundation for a robust BCMS. Can't improve without a solid framework, am I right?
