I'm not sure about the financial resources part. These groups can be well-funded, even if they're not state-sponsored. I'd rule out option C.

Definitely not option D. Advanced persistent threats are anything but one-time attacks. They're persistent, as the name suggests.

This is a tricky question. Advanced persistent threats are definitely not script kiddies - they have sophisticated skills and resources to carry out their attacks.
