I'm going with A) Synchronous. It just makes sense that we'd need to enable the synchronous mode to get the indicators right away.

D) Inline sounds right to me. It's the only option that mentions 'synchronously' extracting indicators.

I'm pretty sure the correct answer is B) Extract. That's the mode we use to synchronously extract indicators from command results.
