I'm leaning towards B) Call Task. A Call Task is used to call a reusable subprocess, which doesn't really initiate a new process instance. It's more of a sub-process invocation, rather than a true process start point.

I'm not so sure about that. I think the answer could be D) Message Start Event. A Message Start Event is used to trigger a new process instance, but it's not a task, so it might be considered 'unusable' in that sense.
I agree with Lucille. A Receive Task is passive, it doesn't actively start a new process. The other options seem more likely to be used to initiate a new instance.
Hmm, this is a tricky one. I think the answer is C) Receive Task. A Receive Task is used to wait for a message to arrive, not to initiate a new process instance.
