I agree, the superuser should have the required permissions based on the assigned roles. But it's also possible that there are some additional approval or verification steps required before the user can perform certain actions. Maybe the 'D' option is the correct answer here.

This question seems pretty straightforward. If the superuser was assigned all those roles, they should have the necessary permissions to create new Data Security Policies. I'm guessing the issue is with the synchronization of the user's account and roles.
