E is clearly wrong, the whole point of a document store is to complement the existing relational features, not replace them completely. I'll go with A and D as the correct answers.

I think A is correct because document stores are schema-less. D also makes sense because it bypasses SQL.

I'm not sure about B, storing documents greater than 4 GB seems a bit too ambitious for a MySQL-based solution. And C definitely doesn't sound right, the whole point of a document store is to be more flexible with data types.
