Personally, I'd go with Option B. Allowing the use of stored routines seems like a pretty powerful privilege to hand out willy-nilly. Better to be selective with that one.
Haha, I bet the person who wrote this question has had to deal with some serious server meltdowns from users who got a little too process-happy. Option D is the way to go, for sure.
I think Option C is the one to go with. Being able to see other users' queries could be a privacy concern, so we should be careful about who we grant that privilege to.
Option D is the correct answer. Granting the PROCESS privilege allows a client to control running processes on the server, which could be a security risk if given to the wrong account.
