I'd go with D and F. Monitoring the task.max-lwps directly and setting up syslog alerts seems like a comprehensive approach.

A and D seem like the best options to monitor the LWP usage. I'm not sure what prtcl is, and the syslog option seems like overkill for this task.

I prefer option E) rctladm --l task.max-lwps because it allows us to monitor the consumption of resources for the project.
