I'm pretty sure the correct answer is B. NFS, SCSI, or SAN are the acceptable shared storage options, and GFS or OCFS2 can be used to format the file system.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I think the answer is E, as OCFS2 is the only viable option for shared storage in an HA Server Pool.
