I'm torn between B and E. An alternate hierarchy could work, but a varying attribute dimension feels a bit more straightforward for this use case.

Option B seems like the best way to handle the dynamic nature of customer status changes. A varying attribute dimension would allow for the status to be updated on a monthly basis without having to create a new dimension each time.

I think Smart List would be the most efficient option as it allows for easy selection and management of customer status.

I disagree, I believe Varying attribute dimension would be more suitable for tracking customer status changes.
