I'm not sure, but I think the answer could also be B) Create lot specific UOM conversions for item under UOM control across the lot controlled sub inventories. It makes sense to have specific conversions for each lot controlled sub inventory.

I think D is the correct answer. The item master level is where you would define the UOM conversions, not just at the sub-inventory or locator level.

Option B makes the most sense to me. Lot-specific UOM conversions should be applied at the sub-inventory level, not across the entire organization.
