I'm not sure, but I think the answer could also be B) Create lot specific UOM conversions for item under UOM control across the lot controlled sub inventories. It makes sense to have specific conversions for each lot controlled sub inventory.

I agree with Keith, because setting the parameter to 'Yes' would mean creating lot specific UOM conversions for items under UOM control across the entire inventory organization.

I think D is the correct answer. The item master level is where you would define the UOM conversions, not just at the sub-inventory or locator level.
