I'm pretty sure B and D are not correct. Replacing only the first digit doesn't seem like a full redaction, and replacing the first nine digits of the COMMISSION_PCT column with 1 is just bizarre.

A and C seem to be the correct options here. Replacing the first four digits of the SALARY column with 9 and the first digit of the COMMISSION_PCT column with 9 makes sense for data redaction.
