Alright, let's think this through. B and C sound right, but I'm not sure about A. Guess I'll mark those two and hope for the best.

Yeah, A doesn't seem to fit. B and C it is.

Haha, I bet the answer is just 'all of the above'. Data Recovery Advisor is a powerful tool, why limit it to just a few scenarios?

Wait, I'm pretty sure A is also true. Data Recovery Advisor can handle non-CDB databases too. This exam is really testing our Oracle database knowledge.

I'm not sure about statement B. Can Data Recovery Advisor really not help with data corruptions in the root of a CDB?

I agree with Raymon. I also believe statement D is true because ADVISE FAILURE can show repair options after LIST FAILURE in RMAN.

Hmm, I think B and D are correct. Data Recovery Advisor can't touch the root of a CDB, but it can work on PDBs. And the ADVISE FAILURE command is crucial for getting repair options.

And don't forget, you can use the ADVISE FAILURE command to display repair options after running LIST FAILURE in an RMAN session.

That's right. But it can be used to diagnose and repair data corruptions in PDBs.
