This one's tricky, but I think D is the right answer. The instance, control files, and root container need to be opened in that order, and the seed PDB can be in read-only mode without affecting the other PDBs.

I'm going with C. The root container needs to be opened first, then the control files, and finally the instance can be started. The other details seem to be in the correct order as well.

Hmm, I think the answer is B. The control files need to be opened before the instance can be started, and the root container has to be opened before the other PDBs can be accessed.
