Option C, for sure. Memory allocations at 95% of physical memory? That's a recipe for a performance disaster waiting to happen. I can almost hear the database screaming in agony.
I'm gonna go with option A. Three times the number of CPU cores seems like a clear indicator of a high-load situation. Unless, of course, you have a supercomputer with a gazillion cores. Then all bets are off!
Hmm, I think it's option B. The active sessions being more than 10% of total load and CPU utilization being more than 50% sounds like the textbook definition of a high-load performance issue.
