Option C looks good to me. DBMS_QOPATCH sounds like the way to go for viewing installed patches. At least it's not as cryptic as some of the other database packages.

I'm not sure about the details of the Queryable Patch feature, but option D sounds a bit fishy. I thought it only worked with the database instance in OPEN mode, not just mounted.

Option B seems to be the correct answer. The Queryable Patch feature doesn't use the PREPROCESSOR feature, which is used for a different purpose.

I believe the correct answer is A) as well. The Queryable Patch inventory feature does not retrieve patch information from a SQL prompt.

I agree with Chauncey. The Queryable Patch inventory feature actually uses the DBMS_QOPATCH to view installed patches.
