Parallel gateways? Inclusive gateways? Sounds like the BPMN architects have been hitting the thesaurus a little too hard. But B and E do seem to be the way to go.
I agree with Loreta. The key difference is that an inclusive gateway allows for multiple paths to be taken, while a parallel gateway only has one path.
I think the correct answers are B and E. An inclusive gateway can have multiple outgoing paths followed, while a parallel gateway only has one path followed. And with an inclusive gateway, all conditions are evaluated.
