C seems a bit off. I don't think a CQL processor would be responsible for invoking human workflows. That's probably more of a business process management function.

D sounds interesting, I didn't know CQL could do spatial queries. That could be really useful for location-based applications.

B seems like the correct answer. A CQL processor sounds like it's designed to process and analyze event data, not just execute SQL against the database.
