I'm not sure why B and D are included as options. Checking the [MANAGMENT] configuration settings and the e1root JAS logs don't seem directly related to the issue of the Runtime Metrics not populating. I'd focus on the options that are more likely to uncover the root cause.
A, C, and E seem like the most relevant options to check. The Management Kernel logs and Object Kernel logs could provide valuable information about any errors or issues with the Runtime Metrics. And the firewall status is important to ensure the communication between the Enterprise Server and the Server Manager console is not being blocked.
