I'm pretty sure the answer is B. Discontinuing a stock item means you can't order or sell it anymore, so the options are limited to adjustments, issues, reclassifications, and transfers.

Yeah, that makes sense. We wouldn't need to do purchase orders or sales orders for a discontinued item.
