Option C? Really? That's about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I think I'll stick with Option A and Option B, where at least they're acknowledging the PDT_ID.

I believe Option D is the correct answer. It seems to be the most logical choice based on the table definition.

Call me crazy, but I think Option D is the way to go. It's the only one that uses a subquery, and we all know that subqueries are the way to the Oracle Promised Land.
