I always get confused with Opatch and OPatch. Is that the same thing or different? Either way, I'm glad the instructions are included in the patch, so I don't have to figure it out on my own.

B, D, and F are correct. Opatch is a command-line tool, not a GUI, and it comes bundled with the WebLogic server installation, so you don't have to download it separately.
