D is an interesting option, but I'm not sure if that's the best approach. Granting full database import/export privileges might be overkill here.

A and F are a bit strange. Why would we grant 'become user' to the admins? That's not really necessary for this use case.

I think C and E are the correct answers. We need to authorize the Data Pump utilities for the specific users, not just grant them general privileges.

B and G are definitely not the right options here. You can't just grant sysoper or sysdba to users, that's way too much privilege for this scenario.
