I don't think Count Point prevents reporting completion, so it's not one of the settings that don't allow it.

That makes sense, Auto Charge wouldn't require reporting.

I believe it's also D) Auto Charge, as it doesn't involve reporting completion.

I agree, Backflush does not allow the Contract Manufacturer to report completion.

I'm not sure, but I think Auto Charge allows automatic charging for completed operations, so it might not prevent reporting completion.

But what about D) Auto Charge? Could that setting also prevent the Contract Manufacturer from reporting completion?

I agree with Ceola. Those settings do not allow the Contract Manufacturer to report the completion of an operation to the OEM.
