I'd go with B as well. Auditors need visibility, but they shouldn't be able to create or delete resources. That could lead to some serious trouble.

Definitely B. Giving auditors full access to the tenancy is way too much. They just need to be able to view the resources they're responsible for, not everything.

I think the correct answer is B. Auditors should only be able to view resources in the compartment, not the entire tenancy. Anything more than that could be a security risk.
