Hmm, I'm not sure about B. I thought the AWR data was only stored in the database, not in memory. And E seems a bit too broad - I don't think AWR contains all system-wide tracing and logging information.
I think A, C, and D are the correct statements. The SYSTEM schema hosts the AWR tables, and the snapshots are used by the self-tuning components. The time model statistics are definitely a key feature of AWR.
