Hmm, I think the answer is B and E. The AR service is a singleton service that runs on one of the available CDB1 instances in the prod_pool server pool. It can fail over to any other available CDB1 instance in the pool.

I'm not sure about option C. Can AR really fail over to any other available CDBl instance in prod pool?

I agree with Tamekia. Option B makes sense as the AR service is available in each of the CDBl instances.
