Wait, aren't we supposed to create the user-defined subdirectories ORCL and USERS beforehand? That's odd, I thought the command would handle that for us.

I think option A and C are needed, as the existing data files in TBS1 must use the same template.

Hmm, looks like we need to set the DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST parameter and define the newtemplate for the +DATA disk group. Existing data files in TBS1 should also use the same template. Simple enough, right?
