This is a tricky one. I'm going to go with B and D. The all_ views are my go-to, but the other prefixes can be useful too. As for the data dictionary not storing metadata in tables - that's just plain silly!

I'm pretty sure C is false. The data dictionary is like the brain of the database - it's always up and running, even when the database is shut down.

A) Views with the prefix dba_ display only metadata for objects in the SYS schema.

I'm not sure about option D. Can someone explain why views with the prefix all_, dba_, and user_ are not available for every type of metadata?

Hmm, I think B and D are the correct answers. The data dictionary is a treasure trove of information, but you've got to know how to navigate it.

I agree with you, Antonio. Views with the prefix all_ show metadata for objects the user has access to, and not all views are available for every type of metadata.
