Aha! I know this one. B and D are the correct answers. The data dictionary is like a virtual tour guide, showing you around the database. But watch out for those pesky dba_ views - they're like the VIP section, only accessible to the database overlords.
This is a tricky one. I'm going to go with B and D. The all_ views are my go-to, but the other prefixes can be useful too. As for the data dictionary not storing metadata in tables - that's just plain silly!
I agree with you, Antonio. Views with the prefix all_ show metadata for objects the user has access to, and not all views are available for every type of metadata.
