I'm going with B and E. Read-only views can't be dropped, and you'd definitely need to cascade constraints if other objects reference the view's keys.

A and D seem like the most logical choices here. Views are just virtual tables, so of course referencing ones that are dropped would become invalid. And the creator would need the right privileges to drop a view.
