Ah, I see what they're getting at. The question is asking us to identify the change that would make the diagram meet the requirement. I think option A is the correct answer, as a solid arrow with a closed head would clearly show the SoftwareSession being created by the User's activity.

This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if I agree with option C. Wouldn't it be easier to just remove the first activation on the SoftwareSession lifeline, as suggested in option B? That way, the diagram clearly shows the SoftwareSession being created by the User's activity.
