Option C looks right. MOF is for abstract entities, while SysML is for the practical, real-world stuff. Although, I wonder if 'real world' really means 'any world, even imaginary ones'?
Option B makes the most sense to me. MOF is about modeling the modeling constructs themselves, while SysML is for representing the actual real-world entities and processes.
I think the key distinction is that MOF models are for generic modeling, while SysML models are tailored for systems engineering. The options seem to support that.
