Haha, this question is a real password puzzle! But I guess the key is that JIT provisioning has to be enabled for the magic to happen.

I'm not so sure about that. What if the apps don't have the 'Update Attributes' option active? Wouldn't that prevent the password from syncing?

Hmm, I think the answer is A. The question clearly states that the password change will sync across all provisioning-enabled apps if JIT provisioning is enabled. Makes sense to me.
