I'm leaning towards D. If the internal/storage IPs aren't open, then the FSVM communication is going to be blocked, and that could definitely cause the policy to not show up.

Ha! Gotta love these networking questions. I bet the real issue is that one of the admins forgot to disable the firewall on their toaster. Classic!

Could be a network configuration issue.

Maybe there is a firewall blocking the connection.

I'm not sure about this one. Are the primary and recovery file servers really supposed to have the same version? I thought that was just for the FSVM itself.

Check if the Smart DR configuration was done correctly to ensure the policies are visible.

It could be a compatibility issue between the primary and recovery file servers.

I think the answer is B. Port 7575 is the key for Smart DR to work properly, so if it's not open, the policy won't show up in the Policies tab.

True, but I still think the key is ensuring Port 7575 is open for all External/Client IPs of FSVMs.

I believe the answer is B. Port 7575 needs to be open for Smart DR to function correctly.

I'm not sure, but option D also seems like a valid reason for the issue.

I agree with Hershel, port 7575 should be open for all External/Client IPs of FSVMs.
